GD S3

Here we go again. It seems like the Good Doctor Season 2 just ended, and now I've been dispatched onto the Good Doctor Season 3! (At least I know I'm employed again, at least until March 3rd, 2020)
Looking out my window at Mount Baker, letting the news set in.

Meanwhile, junior was off on his own adventure. I was tracking his flight from Vancouver to Amsterdam, where he will start his one month European adventure.

I had still had three vacay days, so I took advantage and headed up the Hope-Princeton highway...…..

…….and down the mine hill into Princeton, towards...….

…….my hometown of Penticton.

A chance to take in the Penticton Farmer's Market with my sis.
Every time I go back up there I run into old friends. This time it was Rob and Cathy. I have known them both for years, but they only became a couple recently, how cool.

We went to the Bad Tattoo Brewery for lunch. The pizza, and of course the beer, were very good.
Unk took us on a little road trip on Shingle Creek Road above Summerland.

Wild horses were up on the hill.

Later, after being treated to a lovely dinner at my sis's place, we went for a walk in Trout Creek. A lovely view of Penticton from the shore of Okanagan Lake.

Then it was Sunday morning, time to say good-bye to my sis......

….and say good-bye to the Okanagan Valley.

One thing I managed to get done while I was off was re-organizing the gazillion pictures I had stored on my lap top. Sadly, removing so many pictures did not make my computer speed any faster.
My first week back on the Good Doctor included picking up cast that have re-located from residences they stayed in last season. Today it was close to Vanier Park in Kitsilano, looking towards downtown Vancouver.

So much beauty in this city.

Later in the week, a complete change. I drove a mini-bus for Netflix executives that will be filming a series here in September. Today, we went all over, including a couple of farm houses just east of the city of Fort Langley.

Back at the Bridge Studios, I came way to close to this little guy!
The next day, we were scouting oceanfront homes. I can see from the front of this house in North Vancovuer……..

…...that they have an amazing ocean view!

Last stop on this scout was at this old coffee shop in the Mount Pleasant are of East Vancouver.

Meanwhile, junior is living large in Catania, Italy

Very cool. (as of tonight, he is chilling in Bordeaux, France.)

Had a chance to catch up via text with my niece Baby Tami, and her husband John.
3 more sleeps, and the filming of season 3 will begin.
