That's some parking spot.....

Went to White Spot for dinner at Market Crossing in Burnaby. I have waited 50 driving years for this parking spot. I made sure my chair was facing out the window, and yes I did admire it, uhhhhh, very many times.

Well, it's been close to a month since we saw an amazing northern light display in the lower mainland. We were in Port Moody on this night. Spectacular!
I have never seen any color other than greens in the past. (and that was in the Okanagan)
It was moving day from Port Moody, and my task was to take this generator to our next location. This is how I found it, and I had to wait until the generator operator came and unsorted this wiry mess.
Another 911 emergency, lol. I had to grab these bolts from Keslow for the camera department. (How much of a 911?, hmnnn not sure, but this is one of the transpo department chores of the day.)
The next day it was another 911 to Amazing Ape Productions in Langley for the make-up effects department. I speedily transported these femur bones to set, another save by the might Teamsters.
We spent an afternoon at Cleveland Dam in North Vancouver.
That's a long way down. That's not much water coming down the spillway for this time of year, concerning.
The next morning we shot a scene at Lynn Canyon, also in North Vancouver.
There are so many one-offs in my job. This was one of them. I had to go to our studio and pick-up this cougar for the visual effects department.
Filming at Riverview, we had an unexpected vistor at our circus.
Westlawn at Riverview, just as I remember, sad.
The homes on our "hero" cul-de-sac are constantly evolving. (The actual story spans over many years.)
Another, do not like working late into the evening, but the benefit is no traffic in the Cassiar Tunnel, pic.
OMG, this is not the same San Jose Bonaventure Hospital I remember from the Good Doctor. I had to go to the Bridge Studios, so I decided to take a peek. It's been transformed into a run down hospital for another show, and apparently for an upcoming series that will film there, Watson.
......hmnnnnn
Was once the Good Doctor's.....
Then I went into Stage 4. This is all that is left of what once was the Good Doctor's doctor's offices.
You have to have horses? if you are going to film some scenes at the now defunct Flavelle Sawmill property in Port Moody.
As you would expect, this property will eventually be condo towers.
A lot of the sawmill machinery was still there lying dormant.
Inside the mill, looking out a future condo window towards Burrard Inlet.
Fraturday at the cul-de-sac.
Pretty striking cloud action.
The not random, coming home on a fraturday, 03:51, starting to get light out, pic.
