Catch up......

A peaceful afternoon filming at Mountain View Cemetery in Vancouver. We did one flashback to a scene shot in the pilot episode of the Good Doctor. We were filming the series ending episode, wow.

Welcome back!

I drove Dr. Murphy to take a look at a set in New Westminster that will host one of the final scenes of the Good Doctor. In the center spotlight is David Shore, the creator, showrunner, and director of the final episode.

The operating room is all set at Saint Bonaventure Hospital, but no more operations will be performed.

On this day, unbeknownst to us, protesters showed up to picket the Bridge Studios over wage disputes at other operations owned by the parent company, Larco.

No action at this bar set.........

......and the ER is slowly being dismantled.

Found this on a table in the ER set.

Executive Producer and director of many episodes, Mike Listo treated the crew to a sushi feast on this night. The gravy train is coming to a stop soon.

The stairway to nowhere.

Whoa, outside of our Teamster holding "transport shack", the grips 10 ton truck is, well, right there.

Always subtle changes looking out from my waiting for the Good Doctor hangout at Olympic Village.

Unbeknownst (wow, that's twice in one blog) to many, this abandoned warehouse is right behind Olympic Village.

Sandwiched in between is this small marsh, with offers waterfowl, songbirds, and I'm sure much more under closer inspection.

One of my last strolls down the hallowed halls of Saint Bonaventure Hospital.

Interesting walk around Mountain View Cemetery the day we were there, so much history.

Well, I'll be! Someone managed to snare a spot as a background performer for the final episode of the Good Doctor!

Standing on set behind the A camera operator Mike, I can see the Good Doctor on his monitor. 

Here's a hint of who is back from Japan after 3 weeks in March. Looking forward to many Oishii treats!

Well no need to know where Waldo is, this blog picture will get too blurry if you try enlarge it. (I've got the yellow Hawaiian shirt on, lol.) To think that's the last crew photo for the Good Doctor.

 

The countdown is on for my visits to Olympic Village to await my cast pick-up.

Lap top is back in working order.

Spent one March night in Burnaby filming at "Reznick's and Park's" house.

Took over another street for a few hours.

.....back at the studio, I was snooping around Shawn and Lea's apartment set, and look what I spied. A lot of meaning in that scalpel, going all the way back to season 1.

Near the end of the season, there were no more surgeries scheduled. I went up to the gallery to have one last look.

Now I'm really above the O.R.

One day filming in Mt. Pleasant in Vancouver.....

.....which of course went into the night. (It was okay for a Friday, we had to be out of the neighbourhood by 2300, so no Fraturday.) This picture was on March 15th, yikes, only 15 more filming days to go for the Good Doctor, and all the rest of us!
