Goats on the roof in Coombs, must be the start of tourist season! (To the untrained eye, it's actually a goat in part of the roof, lol.)

Reiterating, this is my new fave beach access close to our hood. (Mostly cuz rarely I see anyone else there.)

Worth getting up in the morning for if you ask me.........

Slide over to French Creek, on the other side of our hood, enjoying the Great Blue Heron show.....

Wow, spotting deer everywhere, even on the beaches.

Every day, these neighbours come for a visit. Simba and Rebel love to chase each other around and pretend they don't like each other.

On this day, I was surprised to see I was actually the only one at the Comox Valley airport.

...but soon enough it was "touchdown!"

....it's been awhile, but I recognize that person coming off the plane. Ritsue was back from her visit to Japan.

Hey wait a minute! I don't remember that extra piece of luggage! (Oh yes, Japanese treats galore, so good, and so much good to come as of today. Oishii desu!

Don't confuse my favourite beach access with my 2nd favourite. (This is Sunray Beach, also close to our place.)

Agreed! As we continue our search for our favourite watering hole, Deez Bar & Grill in Qualicum Beach gets 2 thumbs up! (You just can't see mine....)

Does not tell the whole story, (for another Teamster peep John time.) but the apple fritters at Billy G's donut shop at Coombs are as sunny as Ladner. (and more tasty...)
