My new ride, well at least for a couple of days...…
filming of Valley of the Boom had long ended, I thought...…….
|
Nice to have some down time, and chill with the kids... |
the view from my place showed the weather was co-operating as well..... |
Wow, there were many pallets of old 1990's computer equipment. |
Hmmnnnn, the truck got fuller, and I knew there was going to be a lot more physical work involved than my usual cast driving gigs. |
Anybody want a bunch of used office chairs? (apparently not many places or people do) |
I had a chance to roam around the building where the majority of the Valley of the Boom sets were.(Up on the third floor looking down at my truck, pic.) |
This train was my last hurdle before the final end of Valley of the Boom. |
Had a chance to go up to Summerland for my sister's birthday. (I need one of those selfie sticks!) |
Always great to be back in the Okanagan. |
Standing at the Gran Fondo crossroads sign in Summerland. (private joke between me and my brother-in-law ) |
(Brother-in-law's rooster pic) |
My window to the world. (actually it was from inside the outhouse at Naramata Creek Park, lol) |
Junior took my sis and me on a hike to the Naramata water falls. Now I have been going to Naramata for 40 years and I had never been!)
Where's Waldo, I mean junior?
|
There he is! (I was not feeling as brave and stayed down below) |
It was a fun little hike with a nice reward at the end. |
Time to quit showing off junior! |
another reward, ( besides the waterfalls) a oishii (tasty) beer at the Cannery Brewing Company in Penticton. |
Then it was time to say good-bye to one of my favourite views, looking north on Okanagan Lake from the beach in Penticton
|
From the web this week: One is not quite as graceful as the other, haha |
Okay...……….??? |
Exactly! |
Creativity points for sure! |
