2 more to go............

What is wrong with this picture? Well, really, nothing. Except the fact I got to see this gorgeous view of False Creek for about 5 minutes. Then it was off to pick up the Good Doctor and head to the Bridge Studios for another Saturday filming day, this time episode 619.

 

Last Sunday we went for our normal walk in south Burnaby along past Studio Brewing, hey, wait a minute.........

I really wanted to go in..........

At the studio between stages 4 & 9, hmnnnnn, what is going on here? (Well, I do know, but cannot tell. I will say it's beginning to look a lot like Christmas, though.) Stay tuned!

Finally, the weather is warming up at the studio and the lower mainland.

The shooting crew for episode 18 of season 6 checking out the street outside of Vancouver Community College which as I have stated before, is used as a set for the San Jose St. Bonaventure hospital cafeteria. 

Still standing by at VCC, I was trying to think if those clouds looked like anything.

The next morning it was cruising down Dunsmuir towards the Sutton Place hotel to pick-up the 618 writer.

On this day they were shooting a quick scene involving Dr. Andrews and his vehicle on Main St. at the studio.

Coming down Boundary Road back towards the studio, you get a nice view of Burnaby Heights and the North Shore mountains.

The Good Doctor work trucks took over another Burnaby neighbourhood for a day of filming.

Quite the cloud show looking towards Mt. Baker on this day. Wow, only 2 episodes of filming left before season 6 comes to a close.

What a great shot if I do say so myself. We were filming at Vancouver Community College, aka the hospital cafeteria. Our circus was set up at the Rocky Mountaineer train station on the edge of downtown Vancouver. Currently filming episode 18 of season 6 of the Good Doctor, only 3 more to go!

 

Only two weeks ago we were dealing with this in the neighbourhood.

Shooting beside our stage 12 was this set belonging to Port Lawrence '93 aka: Goosebumps. (for Disney)

They will be wrapping at the end of the month and the Good Doctor is not far behind.

Back to the weather 2 weeks ago, yikes! I'm glad I had an early pick-up on this Tuesday heading out on Kingsway. At least there wasn't much traffic, but I gave myself an extra 45 minutes to get ahead of the impending chaos.

Wow, a week later, waiting to pick-up Dr. Kulu, what a gorgeous morning in Vancouver.!

Hmnnnn, Yellow Jackets has finished filming at stage 5, wonder what is coming next?

Fellow Teamster peep Jas is so color coordinated today. (He had to pick-up a rental vehicle for the gaffer, don't you know.)

Ahhhh, once again hanging out on a Friday night by the dumpsters by the Blue Water Cafe, waiting for the executive producer and family.

Whoa, called into action last Sunday to be a big boy trucker. (Like riding a bicycle, right?) First off was the electrics department 10 ton truck, then........

Into this big rig, the make-up trailer. 10-4 good buddy!

Last weeks episode showed this disaster in Alabama shot. This was actually filmed in the front parking lot at the Bridge. The trucks and flipped over vehicle are real (and the actors, lol), but the buildings in the background, well, not so much.

 

    Hmnnnn, this looks an awful like Vancouver Community College......

Day turned into night at the San Jose Saint Bonaventure hospital cafeteria.

We spent a night at Snuggle Bugz in Coquitlam, also just sayin.

Crafty (snacks) at Coquitlam handed out some Junior Mints, made Ritsue and I think of the Seinfeld episode in season 4. (google please)

Thank goodness Ritsue knew where to freeze this episode of the Good Doctor. (that's her racing by Dr. Park, lol.)
